As A Member Advocate You Will:
• Place many many outgoing phone calls and handle many emails to and from potential members (small businesses).
• You'll explore hearts by asking questions, listening to answers, discovering obstacles, and then communicating how our sites can help improve their lives.
• You'll also advocate on behalf of members and potential members for change internally. If we need to improve you will challenge us to do so.
This is a VITAL role that will keep our team focused on the needs of our members.

What you will do:
- Communicate with small businesses over the phone 📞, email 📧, Live Chat 💬, and in person 🧍♂️ at tradeshows.
- Track and organize the concerns of customers.
- Bring customer concerns and potential areas of improvements up to the internal team.
- Track progress of internal team's changes while communicating progress out the customer.
- Edit and send emails through ActiveCampaign, our email CRM system.
- Improve communications, retention, recovery, and recruiting of new customers.
- Work with marketing to better communicate to members using the language they use.
- Respond to and manage comments on social media ads.
- Investigate customer concerns and work with team to resolve and improve services.
How Your Success Will Be Measured (KPIs):
- Your ability to increase customer acquisitions.
- Your ability to decrease customer cancellations.
- Your ability to improve customer retention.
- Team and customer surveys.

Additional Information:
- We prefer someone located in the Cincinnati area, however talented remote opportunities as independent contractors are available anywhere in the world.
